Appointment Policy
We appreciate your trust in us at The Bobby Pin Hair Studio to provide you with excellent service. We are a booth rent salon. The stylist you are booking your appointment with may have their own cancellation policy that overrides the policy outlined below. We are a booth rent salon, which means each stylist operates independently and sets their own policies, pricing and scheduling. Please contact your stylist directly for their specific services and guidelines. We look forward to seeing you in our chair!
Appointment Bookings
At The Bobby Pin Hair Studio, we strive to provide an exceptional standard of service and care to all clients. In order to provide this we kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. A deposit of $50 will be required at the time of your appointment booking - this deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment. Our accepted payments are Venmo, Square, Cash, and PayPal. Please note that due to space and liability, no children or other guests are allowed to attend your appointment with you.
Cancellations
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, however, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours advance notice if you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Your deposit can be moved to your new appointment time during a one-time transfer. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. If you forfeit your deposit, you will be assessed a cancellation fee and another $50 deposit to book an appointment with any stylist at our salon.
Late Arrivals
We value your time as well as the time of other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment or shorten the treatment duration. The full price of the originally scheduled appointment will still apply.
Missed Appointments
While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, a missed appointment where no notice is given not only affects our ability to serve other clients, but results in lost time and resources. In order to reschedule or book a future appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the missed service must be paid. We appreciate your support and continued understanding.
