Salon Policies and FAQs

What should I do to prepare for my appointment?

Come ready to relax and enjoy some time for yourself. To get the most out of your experience, communicate your vision and goal for your service prior to your arrival.

Should I do anything to help prep my hair for my service?

Unless otherwise instructed, you should always arrive to your hair service with clean, product free hair. We do not recommend you use any products, masks or treatments on your hair prior to your service.

Who can I bring with me to my appointment?

No Guests or Visitors, please. To ensure a comfortable and efficient experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you do not bring any one else to your appointment. Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate guests, including children. This policy helps us maintain a relaxing environment and provide the best service possible.

Why does my stylist take so many photos after each service?

Photographs, including before and after photos, may be included in the salon or stylist portfolio and on our social media. If you would not like for your photo to be used, please let your stylist know prior to allowing any photos to be taken.

Chemical Use Policy

When booking a color or treatment service, you are agreeing to the use of chemicals on your hair to achieve your desired results.

Client Satisfaction Policy

In order for your service to meet your expectation, a consultation will occur prior to beginning your hair service. It is our goal to meet your expectations but, unfortunately, this is not always possible. If your hair color, cut, or extensions are not as you expected, you have 72 hours after your appointment time to let your stylist know. If it is an issue that can be fixed, she will work you in for a correction at no additional cost. We also cannot guarantee the results of your service if you arrive at the appointment with dirty hair. There will be NO REFUNDS on any service.
